This place is modern and incredibly clean, and the rooms are very comfy. 😊.

Its location was excellent and perfect, close to the port, and in a very quiet area. The staff were absolutely friendly and attentive and an absolute pleasure. The room was nicely decorated and neat, offered a fridge, air conditioner, and a TV.

we got guest room with good beds and liked it. the setting of hotel was good, somewhere near the harbour.

We enjoyed a comfortable two-day stay in a standard room equipped with air conditioning and a nice bathroom at this hotel.

The staff of galaxy went out of their way to make our stay great. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. Free parking nearby was provided: D

We found great value for our money at Galaxy Hotel! The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center and the seaside. The staff treated us like VIPs, upgrading our room for our honeymoon and making us feel special throughout our stay. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and we would definitely come back in the future.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location couldn't be better - it is right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, with good beds and well-functioning air conditioning, which made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Lastly, the breakfast was extensive with plenty of choices, providing a great start to each day.

The hotel is in a great location, situated only a short walk from the harbour, bus station, and many restaurants. the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance with everything from transport to excursion bookings. the rooms are modern and comfortable with reliable wifi and excellent air conditioning.

Although the breakfast boasts an extensive selection, some guests have noted that the air conditioning in the rooms can be noisy and disruptive during the night.

We had a great stay! Best aspects were the prime location close to restaurants, bus station, and the ferry to Chrissi Island. The breakfast was extensive and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

It was conveniently situated in the city center, with easy access to the harbor area and port for my cruise. This made exploring the Ierapetra area easy.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as a lack of variety and flavor in the breakfast offerings and a slightly hard mattress, the overall value for money was still good.

What a wonderful Easter weekend we had! The hotel was amazing. We loved the modern and comfortable room that provided us with everything we needed, like a small balcony and a spacious bathroom with quick hot water and great pressure. The breakfast was simply delicious, with fresh eggs, fruits, and some sandwiches that we loved. Another perk was the hotel's location, close to a charming pedestrian shopping area, a few minutes away from a central bus station, and near an incredible crystal-clear water beach where we enjoyed some snorkeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile.

The only downside we noted was that the bathroom in our room lacked a window, making it a bit challenging to deal with the odors. But this was a small inconvenience, and it didn't ruin our experience in any way.

The location was perfect - just a short stroll away from the sandy beaches and the vibrant old town of this picturesque Mediterranean city. It offered a great balance between tranquility and accessibility, allowing for a relaxing stay while still being close to all the attractions.

All was great; no improvements needed.
